Summary Reports

The following is a set of summary reports that are not included with the Volleyball Stat!. To import one of these reports into the app,

Note (or copy to the clipboard) the URL of the report you want to add to the app
Open Volleyball Stat and go to the File tab.
Tap on "From URL" in the lower right.
A popup will appear. If you got the URL into the clipboard, that URL will be in the grey field in the center of the popup. Otherwise, enter the URL in the grey field.
Tap on "Import"

Fibonacci Scoring

This report is based on a description of building formulas in the app. It sets up a scoring system for serve and serve returns that is based on the Fibonacci sequence.

Column Definitions

The player's name
Points Played The number of points during which the player was on the floor.
Scored The number of points scored. Equals one half of the shared blocks plus kills, blocks and aces.
Scored minus Errors The net points scored. Equals points scored minus, service errors, serve return errors, hitting errors, blocking errors and ball handling errors.
Tot Atk The total number of attacks. Equals the sum of kills, errors and hits not resulting in points.
Hit Pct The hitting percentage. Equals (kills - errors) / Swings
Kill Pct The percentage of hits that are kills
Serves Made The number of serves hit.
Serves Rated The number of serves made for which the opponent's serve receive was rated.
Serve Rating The average rating of the rated serves.
Fibb Rating Fibonacci based rating of serves 8=ace, 5=opponent overpass, ... down to 0 for error
Serves Received The number of serves received
Rated Returns The number of rated service receptions
Srv Rcv Rating The average quality of the rated service receptions
Pct Excl Percentage of serve returns that are rated as excellent
Pct Positv Percentage of service returns that are rated as either good or excelent
Fibb Rating fibonacci based score for serve receive 8=excellent, 5=good, 2=overpass, 0=error
